User Groups are inter-firm learning

companies committed to an extended process of shared learning on a specific, focused topic. This format lowers company costs.
Companies learn from peers, one-on-one assistance, tours, shared tools and techniques, and lecture. Most groups meet every
four to six weeks for a predetermined number of sessions.

Sorting & Scrap Reduction User Group is designed to help teams focus on the issues and resolve problems permanently. The user
